Pinarello is the world’s leading performance bicycle manufacturer. Founded in 1953 by Giovanni Pinarello, today a true global heritage brand; seven decades on and Fausto Pinarello continues his father’s legacy, spearheading the family-owned business, headquartered in Treviso, Italy. Pinarello have proudly operated their global flagship retail store on London’s Regent Street since 2015, but with the lease nearing its end, our brief was to engage with the landlord, The Crown Estate, and negotiate a new and regeared lease to secure their long-term position within one of the world’s leading shopping and lifestyle destinations.

The Crown Estate granted a new decade long lease to Pinarello enabling the brand to redesign the store into a world class brand exposition space featuring state of the art visual displays for the full range of bicycles and cycling apparel, events programming focussed around the global cycling season highlights, and VIP spaces for the boutique approach to bike fitting and full service workshop.
